CRITERIA

One Poem, One Voice

Each participant is allowed to submit only one poem. This ensures fairness and gives everyone an equal opportunity to shine.

Brevity Meets Brilliance

Your poem should be concise yet impactful, with a limit of 40 lines. This encourages creativity and precision in expressing big ideas.

Science as Muse

We seek poems that find inspiration in science, whether it's the mystery of the cosmos, the intricacy of cellular structures, or the elegance of mathematical equations. Your poem should weave together scientific themes with poetic imagination.

Language and Understanding

While we celebrate linguistic diversity, all poems must be accompanied by an author-sanctioned translation into English if originally written in a different language. This ensures a global audience can appreciate your work.

Human

While the emergence of artificial intelligence is a great scientific topic to explore through poetry, poems must be written by humans with no assistance from A.I.
